En 1995, la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration ‘Brasseurs Belges’ a mis sur pied la campagne BOB en collaboration avec l\u2019Institut VIAS (\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque l\u2019Institut belge pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re ou IBSR). L\u2019objectif : inciter tout le monde, jeunes et moins jeunes, \u00e0 ne pas boire lorsqu\u2019ils doivent encore prendre le volant. Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation, BOB est devenu un v\u00e9ritable concept et a m\u00eame fait son entr\u00e9e dans le dictionnaire Van Dale.<\/p>\n

Les campagnes ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 port\u00e9 leurs fruits\u00a0: d\u2019ann\u00e9e en ann\u00e9e, on constate une baisse progressive de l\u2019alcool au volant, tant le week-end que les autres jours de la semaine. La campagne BOB affiche d\u2019excellents r\u00e9sultats, non seulement en Belgique, mais aussi dans les 17\u00a0autres pays qui ont adopt\u00e9 le concept.<\/p>\n

Durant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2024, qui est marqu\u00e9 par le championnat d’Europe de football, le Tour de France et les Jeux olympiques, la campagne BOB invite les sportifs et les supporters \u00e0 ne pas boire lorsqu\u2019ils doivent encore prendre le volant. Dans l\u2019enthousiasme, il est important de se rappeler d\u2019avoir toujours un BOB pour rentrer chez soi en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, que l\u2019on soit dans un stade de football, dans un village de supporters avec \u00e9cran g\u00e9ant, dans un caf\u00e9 ou chez des amis. Karl Vannieuwkerke, commentateur sur Sporza, et son homologue francophone Rodrigo Beenkens pr\u00eatent leur voix au nouveau spot de la campagne de BOB.<\/p>\n
